Neutral Nude: focusing on sculpting the face!

Lately I've been obsessed with neutral makeup. its been so refreshing to refocus on light vs. dark, highlight vs. contour, while working to enhance the individual features of a woman's face.

By removing tones of multiple colors and focusing only on value of color (shades of light and dark), I've really enjoyed the blending and shading of monochromatic. It's nice to take a break from choosing colors for eyes and lips and cheeks and to see what is possible with the face remaining completely neutral. Now I wouldn't recommend this as an everyday look for every face, but it's fun to see the results of this type of makeup look.
